Company: EPOS360 (a brand of Ant International)
Team: AI Commercial, Agentic Growth Team
Location: Singapore, with regional scope across Singapore and Malaysia
Reports to: Head of AI Commercial
About the Team
AI Commercial is one of four departments inside EPOS360 Agentic Growth Team (alongside Marketing,
Ecommerce, and Customer Success). AI Commercial and Ecommerce jointly own the sales/close
numbers for EPOS360, a B2B SaaS point-of-sale platform serving F&B SMEs across Singapore and

Role Summary
This role owns chat as a growth channel and drives the go-to-market initiatives that run through it, using
data and experimentation to decide what to prioritize rather than instinct. This is a product and program
role, not a technical architecture role; you partner with engineering on execution rather than owning the
technical build yourself. Because growth and GTM work by nature touches marketing, BD, customer
success, and engineering at once, strong stakeholder management and the ability to keep initiatives from
stalling matter as much as product judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Chat as a Growth Channel
- Own the roadmap for chat-based customer experiences from a business and customer-outcome perspective: what the chat should accomplish, for whom, and why
- Define product requirements and user stories for chat features; partner with engineering on execution without owning the technical build
- Own message and flow content decisions in partnership with marketing: what the bot says, when it hands off to a human
Go-to-Market Initiatives
- Own go-to-market planning for new product and growth initiatives, sequencing launches against team and market capacity
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, BD/sales, and customer success to align launch timing, enablement materials, and messaging
- Manage the GTM calendar and keep stakeholders aligned on dependencies and deadlines
- Proactively unblock stalled launches and escalate early rather than absorbing delay silently
Data-Driven Growth Decisions
- Define and track growth metrics for the chat channel (engagement, conversion, satisfaction) and use them to prioritize the roadmap
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests on messaging, flows, sequencing) and turn results into concrete prioritization decisions
- Feed channel performance into the team's existing attribution and CAC model so growth initiatives are measured consistently with other channels
- Report growth performance and decisions to leadership on a regular cadence
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with growth or GTM experience in B2B SaaS
- Track record of managing cross-functional programs across 3+ stakeholder groups (marketing,
sales/BD, CS, engineering) without direct authority over them; able to speak to specific past
instances, not general philosophy
- Comfortable partnering with technical teams without needing deep architecture expertise
- Data literacy: comfortable reading dashboards and designing experiments to make prioritization calls
(SQL a plus, not required)
- Experience with messaging or chat products (WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar) a plus, not required
- Based in Singapore, with regional exposure to Malaysia market nuances
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or SME-focused SaaS
What Success Looks Like (first 6 months)
- A documented chat growth roadmap tied to clear business outcomes
- At least one GTM launch coordinated across 3+ teams and delivered on schedule
