Job Description

About the Team: The Corporate Supplier Quality - Governance & Performance team plays a critical role in bringing data together from different data sources, applications, third-party sources to make supplier performance transparent for improvement and to develop supplier quality processes to ensure decision-making across the strategic and operational processes. Focus of these times is digitalization to reduce manual workload in reporting and processes in the Supplier Quality organization.

What you can look forward to as Corporate Supplier Quality Data Analyst (m/f/d):

  • Project Management & collaboration in strategic projects in Supplier Quality to improve reporting, applications and process landscape as well as their integration in the global Supplier Quality Organization
  • Develop and maintain tools and report solutions in Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate)
  • Create monthly reports on supplier quality KPIs such as PPM, SIR (Supplier Impact Rate), SNCC (Supplier Non-Conformity Costs), ePPAP on Time, Safe Launch Part Quality
  • Create Lead time reports for processes in Supplier Quality
  • Support of Supplier Quality organization on data and reporting questions
  • Creation and maintenance of IT Applications with support of IT to drive digitalization in Supplier Quality
  • Design and implementation of standards in Supplier Quality
  • Support and training of employees in Procurement on Supplier Quality standards, reports and applications

Your profile as Corporate Supplier Quality Data Analyst (m/f/d):

  • Bachelor’s degree (data analytics, information sciences, computer science, economy, business management with IT background or similar)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), German preferable
  • Very good knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate)
  • Problem solving and analytical skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with all levels of management
  • Detail oriented and able to see the big picture
  • Able and willing to travel domestic and internationally
