Paradise Landscaping is a growing, full-service landscape company with more than 20 years of experience serving residential and commercial clients throughout our market. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, excellent craftsmanship, and creating opportunities for our people to grow as we continue to expand.

As part of that growth, our Design-Build Installation Division is seeking an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Installation Project Manager to lead our in-house residential and commercial design-build projects from pre-construction through final completion.

This is a hybrid field and management position. The right individual will spend time planning and managing projects while also working in the field alongside our installation teams. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage the big picture while stepping into the field to provide direction, solve problems, train team members, and keep projects moving.

Our goal is simple: create an exceptional experience for our clients while delivering excellence in every project we build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage landscape and hardscape design-build projects from approved plan through completion.
  • Review plans, scopes, budgets, schedules, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, materials, and deliveries.
  • Work alongside installation teams in the field to provide leadership, training, and hands-on support.
  • Maintain project schedules and keep work progressing efficiently.
  • Monitor job costs, labor, materials, change orders, and project profitability.
  • Ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to plans and company standards.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients throughout the project.
  • Identify problems early, develop solutions, and take ownership of the outcome.
  • Manage punch lists, final walkthroughs, project closeout, and handoff.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction, hardscapes, irrigation, grading, drainage, outdoor living, or a related construction field and is comfortable both leading from the field and managing from the office.

You should be able to read plans, lead and develop field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage multiple projects, track costs, communicate professionally with clients, and hold projects accountable to schedules and quality standards.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
