Main Responsibilities

  • Implement automation solutions for specific business needs within the Quality of Service team.
  • Participate actively in team design, planning, estimation and delivery of features and bug fixes.
  • Build lightweight proofs of concept to learn fast and inform future decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Data Analysts.

Core Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Python language and best practices with demonstrable experience.
  • Experience with unit testing and knowledge of best practices.
  • Solid understanding of OOP and common design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of any SQL database including migration strategies
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Basic knowledge of modern security practices
  • Driven by hands-on learning
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of clearly expressing ideas and vision.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Django
  • Experience with Prefect
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Appium, Selenium, Playwright)
  • Experience with Docker
  • Basic frontend knowledge (html, css, js)
