SUMMARY
The Associate Data Analyst’s primary duty is to leverage the Zoomph platform to assist in the delivery of ad-hoc and standing management and customer requests. They are to create programs, methodologies and files for analyzing and presenting data. The Associate Data Analyst develops awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organizations, departments and/or customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage Zoomph to quantify social media and broadcast KPIs across different channels, teams, media outlets, and properties
- Identify and interpret social media data trends ranging from the post level to campaigns and series
- Analyze results and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Recommend, prioritize, and develop client and sponsor industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with customer success colleagues to recommend social media content strategies that will assist platform clients in maximizing content to drive partnership value and attract new sponsors
- Examines data quality, applications and functions
- Produces output and sustains operation
- Contributes to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation
- Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools
- Uses timely and appropriate participation of users/customers in data collection and query systems
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- Required a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst, experience in the areas of marketing, communication, digital strategies and data analytics
- Experience in the sports industry preferred
- Well versed in both technical knowledge and strategic thinking
- Strong business, data and statistical acumen

- Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
