Salesforce Consulting 분야 1.    Salesforce Business Strategy & Operation Consulting  o    세일즈포스 기반 업무혁신 Insight 및 고객경험 개선 요소 도출 (일하는 방식 변화) o    업무 개선요소와 SFDC 플랫폼 Fit/Gap 분석 o    세일즈포스 기반 비즈니스 모델 및 운영모델 설계 o    SFDC Core (Sales/Service/Marketing) 기반 비즈니스 아키텍처 정의 o    분석 및 성과기반 일하는 방식 변화  (Standard Report &  Dashboard, Einstein, Tableau  등 활용) o    Change & Adoption 변화관리 통한 현장 업무 개선 및 운영방안 수립

2.    Salesforce Technology Consulting o    비즈니스 아키텍처 기반 기술 관점 IT아키텍처 설계 o    업무혁신 Insight 과제에 대한 시연(Demo) 환경 구현 o    SFDC 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델을 고려한 SFDC 기술 검토       - SFDC Standard 준용하여 업무 혁신 과제의 SFDC 적용 가능성 검토 o    SFDC 플랫폼 기반 DT실행을 위한 기술 관점 요건 정의       - Application구조, Standard 적용 범위, I/F 대상 및 범위, 보안 점검 사항 등 o    세일즈포스 기반 IT 운영모델 설계        - 필요 IT운영역량, 역량확보방안 등 o    세일즈포스 협력사구축 시 기술 관점 자문 지원
