Expected salary range of $82,800 to $92,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The responsibility of the Site Reliability Lead is to ensure the consistent operation and availability of all equipment and processes within the central utility plant at the Tennessee Titans Stadium. This includes planned maintenance execution and oversight, spare parts management, as well as emergency preparedness for all chilled water, hot water, and auxiliary systems. This role supports a dynamic stadium and event environment and requires flexibility in scheduling. Work hours will vary based on operational and event needs and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours. Schedules may rotate and fluctuate from week to week, and advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Create strategies for implementation of preventive, reactive, and condition-based maintenance on all systems within the central utility plant.
- Execute on the strategic planning.
- Manage and execute maintenance projects and tasks, including preventive maintenance, managing subcontractor projects, and troubleshooting equipment and systems.
- Develop and manage a spare parts strategy for all systems that operates within budget and provides maximum equipment availability.
- Provide maintenance budgeting input for yearly long-range planning exercise.
- Deliver on time reports of EGF and EDS activities that can be implemented as part of monthly and yearly customer and corporate reporting initiatives.
- Own facility preparation for customer and owner tours as well as quarterly plant upkeep efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting, operating, and maintaining chilled water systems in a plant environment with progressive responsibility.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communications skills, and solid project management skills
- Experience in industrial, power plant and nuclear plant environments
- Proven history of working with chilled water systems (troubleshooting, operating, maintaining) with progressive responsibility in a plant environment
- Thorough understanding of building automation and control systems
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute maintenance on central utility plant equipment and systems
- Ability to communicate status of equipment and required repairs to plant manager for long range planning purposes
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing mechanical maintenance on chiller and boiler plant systems
- History of working within a large venue central plant operation, district, or campus energy system supplying chilled water, steam, or hot water for comfort purposes
- 2-Years experience operating within the Schneider Electric Ecostruxure buildings systems
- History of executing within a proposed building budget
- Experience leading additional team members in a supervisory type of role
