YOUR TASKS - Lead product launch and engineering change management activities, ensuring successful and timely implementation across the plant. - Coordinate cross-functional teams from Operations, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering and Program Management to achieve project objectives. - Monitor project milestones, risks and KPIs, driving escalation and corrective actions when required. - Ensure readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, documentation and production standards for new product launches. - Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - Proven experience in automotive launches, engineering change management and cross-functional project leadership. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialization within a production environment. - Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and team leadership skills. - Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
