Must-have experience

  • Experience translating wireframes and design concepts into development tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Editor and Widget Blueprints.
  • Strong proficiency in Blueprint scripting for UI development.
  • Experience designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI component systems.
  • Knowledge of data-driven UI development, including ViewModels and view binding.
  • Experience integrating UI layers with application logic and data models.
  • Knowledge of responsive UI design across multiple screen sizes and resolutions.
  • Experience implementing localization-ready and accessible user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of UI performance optimization, profiling, and memory management.
  • Experience optimizing UMG, Slate, C++, and texture memory utilization.
  • Experience improving technical documentation and development workflows.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation gaps.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on quality, maintainability, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product features, requirements, and wireframes to define technical implementation tasks.
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, design gaps, and potential implementation challenges.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance user interfaces using Unreal Editor and Widget Blueprints.
  • Implement UI functionality and interactions through Blueprint scripting.
  • Design and maintain reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
  • Build data-driven UI solutions using ViewModels and view binding techniques.
  • Integrate UI components with application logic, backend systems, and data models.
  • Ensure interfaces deliver responsive, localized, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Monitor, profile, and optimize UI performance, memory consumption, and overall efficiency.
  • Optimize UMG, Slate, C++, and texture memory usage to improve application performance.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, UI Art, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the improvement of development pipelines, technical documentation, and UI best practices.
  • Support technical decision-making and promote high-quality implementation standards.
  • Participate in team and feature-related meetings across multiple time zones as required.
