Sr. Project Manager – Deposit ProductsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead a strategic enterprise transformation initiative focused on deposit product pricing capabilities. This high-visibility program will support the development of differentiated pricing strategies across geographic regions and distribution channels for consumer and business banking products.The ideal candidate will possess deep financial services experience, strong enterprise project leadership capabilities, and a proven track record managing complex business and technology initiatives while partnering with executive stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for a large-scale deposit pricing transformation initiative.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, and executive-level reporting.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, business requirements gathering, and process definition activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, Marketing, Digital, Legal, and Customer Experience organizations.
  • Drive solution evaluation efforts, including buy-versus-build assessments and strategic recommendations.]
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders to define product pricing capabilities and operational processes.
  • Support implementation planning, organizational change management, training, and operational readiness activities.
  • Present project status, recommendations, and key decisions to executive leadership and steering committees.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within banking, financial services, credit unions, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder and executive management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, governance processes, and project delivery.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience with deposit products and pricing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of consumer and business banking operations.
  • Experience working with core banking platforms and related systems.
  • Regulatory, compliance, audit, and risk management project experience.
  • Experience supporting digital banking initiatives.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or related certifications.
  • Experience managing customer acquisition, retention, or growth-focused programs.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
