Summary:
In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects across the full project lifecycle with an emphasis on AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with clients, operational leaders, and technical partners to translate business needs into actionable project plans, navigate complex challenges, and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will apply critical thinking, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies to strengthen project delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle, with a focus on AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational leaders, clients, and technical partners.
- Apply critical thinking to evaluate complex problems, identify risks, and recommend practical, data-informed solutions.
- Partner with clients to translate business needs into project plans and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, or advanced analytics.
- Drive project decision-making by establishing alignment on scope, timelines, quality, budget, and expected outcomes in evolving or ambiguous environments.
- Manage project governance, review, and approval processes to ensure deliverables are documented and compliant from initiation through completion.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required actions clearly and proactively to appropriate audiences.
- Monitor emerging AI trends, technologies, and tools to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects through the project lifecycle.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, quality, and budgets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience translating business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, advanced analytics, or other emerging technologies preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
