Full description
Responsible for the day-to-day management of IT projects (including Application Services Projects, Technology Services Projects and Interval Software Services Projects) to ensure success through the initiation, planning, execution and closing phases. The Project manager establishes a consistent methodology and process to evaluate, assess, and prioritize projects based on financial and/or operational impact, establishes standards for: Project Management, Project Estimation and Staffing and Risk Management and facilitates the resolution of issues. In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for defining and monitoring the Change Management Process during the execution phase to ensure proper management of the scope.
