CUSTOMER
Our customer is a globally recognized provider of network infrastructure and enterprise communication solutions, serving businesses and service providers worldwide. The company operates in a highly complex technological ecosystem, supporting large-scale services and digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions.
PROJECT
The project focuses on the development and support of a core enterprise component used in customer support services. The team works within a large-scale distributed environment that combines cloud infrastructure, enterprise Java solutions, and telecom-related integrations.
Job Description
- Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies
- Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progress
- Clarify and document business and technical requirements
- Coordinate the development process and remove delivery blockers
- Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations
- Support the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support resource planning, assignments, and team development
- Apply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development
- Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain
- Understanding of modern software development and AI practices
- Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control
- Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
- Human-oriented approach to team and people management
- Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes
- Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a multinational environment
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Java or cloud-based projects
