SUMMARY 1. The role requires a self-motivated individual with 1+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Python, along with familiarity with scheduling and automation tools. 2. Responsibilities include supporting business operations, developing process automation tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and swiftly identifying and resolving operational and technical issues.

Skills & Experience • Proficient in Python (OOP, package management, Flask, Pandas, Numpy)

• Knowledge of protocols (TCP, UDP/multicast, FIX)
• Proficiency in Linux environments and common Linux CLI tools
• Experience with DevOps Tools – (Git, Docker, CI/CD, Nomad)
• Experience with database technologies (MySQL, ClickHouse, Postgres)
• Familiar with scheduling and automation tools (Rundeck, Cron)
• Familiar with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Familiar with messaging frameworks – (ZMQ, Redis Streams, Solace / Kafka)
• A passion for developing innovative solutions and a keen interest in process improvement
• Understanding of Financial Market Data and Reference Data
• Exposure to AI Agents

Responsibilities • Own and manage operational processes and related applications

• Support traders and operations team to mitigate incidents to ensure continuous trading
• Develop and maintain trading operations and system scripts in Python, Bash
• Develop internal tools and packages to enhance efficiency of trading operations and system surveillance
• Develop and utilize MCP tools to enhance support incident investigation and response
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions
• Identify and debug issues swiftly, providing timely resolutions that make a real impact to the business
• Provide night shift support upon successful completion of training
