We're looking for a Senior Data Engineering Manager to join our growing Finance Data Engineering team within the Data Engineering department. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Hire, coach, mentor, and provide career development for a team of data engineers.
- Technical Guidance: Provide deep technical expertise in data engineering within a scalable ecosystem.
- Engineering Excellence: Drive cultural and process improvements to elevate quality and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Teams, Data Science, and Analytics Platform) to foster a collaborative culture.

Qualifications
More about you...
- Experience:
- 6–8+ years in a software development role (Individual Contributor).
- 4+ years of people management experience leading agile teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud stacks: AWS, S3, Databricks, Spark/Spark Streaming, graph databases, dbt.
- Knowledge of enterprise data architectural standards, dimensional modeling, test automation, and continuous delivery.
- Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
