Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, Microservices, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications within the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java.
  • Develop responsive front-end applications using React.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices.
  • Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including architects, QA engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in application design, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Follow secure coding and enterprise development standards.
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum development activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Core Java / Java/J2EE.
  • Strong experience with React.js.
  • Experience developing Microservices and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Banking / Financial Services experience is required.

• Must be local to Charlotte, NC due to the in-person client interview.
