Senior Consultant - Python, MLops, Agentic AI

Job Description

You will manage and develop engineering talent, set clear goals, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable cloud services. You'll foster collaboration and drive strategic improvements in automation and reliability.

Bring

• Hands-on engineering experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions into production — not just models in isolation, but complete, deployable systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with practical experience profiling, transforming, and validating enterprise data.
• A track record of taking AI or ML solutions from idea through data validation, prototyping, testing, and deployment into operational support.
• Sound understanding of machine learning methods, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and modern AI application patterns.
• Experience building or supporting AI applications, intelligent workflows, copilots, or agent-based solutions is a strong advantage.
• The ability to structure ambiguous problems quickly and make sound technical decisions under uncertainty.
• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical trade-offs and data limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders and governance partners.

Build

• You will design and implement pipelines and model workflows. You will also create orchestration systems. Additionally, you will develop integration components that address real business problems on a large scale. These solutions are not just one-time experiments.
• A reliable data foundation: Acting as an ad-hoc data scientist, you will explore, profile, clean, and validate data from enterprise systems to reduce delivery risk and improve model quality before it reaches production.
• Clearly defined success metrics: Partnering with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will co-define what good looks like — then execute testing and evaluation approaches that measure it rigorously.
• You will manage quality from start to finish. This includes leading discovery workshops. You will create documentation, monitor requirements, and prepare release evidence and operational handover materials. After the launch, you will assess the impact. This will help you make improvements, scale operations, or redesign as needed.

• You will join a team focused on identifying, building, and scaling practical AI use cases that deliver measurable value. The team works closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and operations partners to bring AI solutions into production quickly and responsibly.
