Full description

* Experience evaluating and introducing AI capabilities, connectors, or

automation solutions within enterprise ecosystems.

* Experience with enterprise change management, configuration management,

and compliance frameworks (audit, security, privacy).

* Strong vendor management and SaaS lifecycle management experience,

including contract coordination and escalation management.

* Ability to analyze system performance, usage patterns, and adoption data to

inform product improvements.

* Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure AD/M365 admin concepts, and enterprise

workflows for production support (incident, problem, root-cause processes).
