We are hiring a Data Engineer to join our DWH Team, who will help us create our corporate DWH using cloud technologies and best practices for data processing and storage.
Key Responsibilities:
- DWH development for Business Users, Analysts and ML Engineers;
- Data synchronization between internal and external systems;
- Development tools for collecting data into DWH;
- Development EL / ELT / ETL pipelines;
- Integration new tools and practices for data governance and data quality;
- Costs optimization.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer;
- DWH development and maintenance experience;
- Architecture: Kimball, Inmon, Medallion, Data Mesh;
- Data modeling: SCD forms, Normal forms, Star Schema, Data Vault;
- Python + best practice for Python;
- SQL + best practice for SQL;
- System design best practices;
- Familiar with tech stack as Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitLab(CI/CD), GCP;
- Best practice for data processing and data storing.
- REST API / GRPC API / Message brokers & Queues;
- Experience on modern systems of data storing: Relational, MPP, NoSQL;
- Experience on Google Cloud Platform.
