Full description

Software Finder is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Executive to support the accuracy and integrity of our lead verification process. This role is responsible for verifying and qualifying incoming leads against defined criteria, maintaining clear qualification notes and verdicts, and ensuring data accuracy across HubSpot and other tracking platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work efficiently under defined turnaround times while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. This position requires consistent attendance, discipline in following process, and the ability to spot and escalate issues before they affect downstream teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and qualify incoming leads against defined criteria to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Process leads within established turnaround times without compromising verification quality.
  • Maintain 98%+ verification accuracy across all reviewed leads.
  • Record clear, well-documented qualification notes and verdicts for each lead reviewed.
  • Maintain and update lead and verification data accurately across HubSpot and other tracking platforms.
  • Identify and report data discrepancies, process gaps, or recurring quality issues to the relevant team.
  • Provide timely feedback on trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities observed during verification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unclear or borderline lead cases.
  • Follow established SOPs for lead verification and escalate exceptions where appropriate.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adherence to assigned schedules.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures related to data handling and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, lead verification, data validation, or a similar detail-oriented role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy under time pressure.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/tracking platforms is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills for documenting clear qualification notes.
  • Ability to identify patterns, flag issues, and provide constructive feedback on process improvements.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working on-site with consistent schedule adherence.
  • Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and confidentiality when handling data.
