Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Commercial Finance and Analytics teams to accelerate ongoing projects.
  • Convert manual, fragmented reporting into scalable dashboards and repeatable processes.
  • Connect financial and operational drivers to improve business performance transparency.
  • Enable leaders to spend less time preparing data and more time acting on insights.
  • Build or improve financial reporting, KPI dashboards, or management information solutions.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Data, BI, IT, or systems teams to deliver reporting solutions.
  • Operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
  • Create momentum in ambiguous, cross-functional projects and bring structure and urgency.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, business analytics, or related discipline.
  • Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large or complex datasets.
  • Project management, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or comparable financial and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed, Commercial, MedTech, healthcare, or manufacturing organization.
  • Experience defining data requirements, metric governance, dashboard adoption, or reporting controls.
  • Experience simplifying and standardizing FP&A processes through automation.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification.
  • Self-starter with confidence to ask questions and find solutions in complex structures.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to drive to clarity without established playbook.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
