We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst (1 Year Contract) to join our Global Finance Services team. This role is responsible for leading financial close activities, ensuring balance sheet integrity, supporting business partnering, and driving continuous improvement across financial reporting and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigate aged items and variances, and drive timely resolution with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and business leaders to provide variance analysis, financial insights, and recommendations for informed decision-making.
  • Act as the key finance contact for balance sheet and counterparty-related issues, resolving reconciliation differences and outstanding items.
  • Support statutory reporting, internal and external audits, and tax compliance activities, including Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax.
  • Ensure compliance with Toll Group accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and data analytics to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automated financial reports using Power BI, Power Query, Excel Power Pivot, and ERP systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting, R2R, Controllership, or Finance Operations within an MNC or Shared Services environment.
  • CPA or CA qualification (completed or currently pursuing) is preferred.
  • Strong experience managing month-end close within a multi-entity environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, and ERP or consolidation systems (OneStream is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.
