Overview

At Post Consumer Brands, we're passionate about creating great food and building great brands. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Change Manager (PCM) to lead end-to-end commercialization initiatives across our U.S. Retail business.

This is a business-critical role that provides significant cross-functional visibility and influence. As a member of the Commercialization Team, the Product Change Manager will lead and support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercialization projects across our portfolio of brands. The PCM serves as the project manager for stage-gate approved initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Commercialization Management

  • Lead cross-functional commercialization projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key deliverables.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, timelines, and critical paths.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Monitor project budgets and key financial metrics throughout the commercialization process.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders.

Process Excellence

  • Utilize standard commercialization tools and processes, including project plans, stage-gate documentation, meeting summaries, and project reporting.
  • Ensure teams adhere to established commercialization standards, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage and support New Item Setup processes and system functionality within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement through project closeout reviews, lessons learned, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with teams across Research & Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, Graphics, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
  • Foster alignment and transparency across stakeholders throughout the product development and launch lifecycle.
  • Influence decision-making and drive results without direct authority.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Positive mindset and adaptability in a changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Understanding of product commercialization processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of product development functions, including R&D, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Graphics.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
