Hello DevOps Engineers!

Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer who enjoys improving processes, solving technical challenges, and helping teams work more efficiently? We are looking for a skilled and collaborative colleague to strengthen our team and support the continuous development of our software delivery practices.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will help ensure a reliable and efficient software development lifecycle by connecting development and operations. You will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, tools, and processes that improve collaboration, efficiency, quality, and delivery.

You will work closely with our backend, frontend, and operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions based on DevOps principles.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
  • Improve tools and processes across the software development lifecycle
  • Automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual work
  • Collaborate with backend, frontend, and operations teams
  • Identify areas where efficiency, quality, and collaboration can be improved
  • Support the reliable operation of development and infrastructure environments
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Contribute to coding standards, technical best practices, and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Have at least two years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or within IT infrastructure
  • Have hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Are experienced in building, maintaining, or working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Have knowledge of Python and Bash
  • Have Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Have A proactive automation mindset and an interest in improving existing ways of working
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Are proficient in English ( written and spoken)
  • Are comfortable using AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Copilot) day-to-day to write playbooks, pipelines and scripts faster, and clear-eyed about where automation needs a human in the loop.
  • Are interested in applying AI to operations: log and metric anomaly detection, noise reduction in alerting, AI-assisted incident triage and root-cause analysis, and summarising postmortems.

Nice to have

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience with or knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud
  • An interest in poker
