ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Treasury & Risk product team, working within a dynamic Agile environment delivering high-quality SaaS solutions.

The role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless deployment from development to production while ensuring quality gates and compliance standards are met.

You will play a technical leadership role across the product group, working closely with development and operations teams, driving innovation in DevOps practices, and mentoring junior team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, and Harness

Automate build, test, and deployment workflows ensuring smooth promotion across environments

Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Groovy, GitHub Actions) for automation and pipeline orchestration

Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes

Collaborate closely with .NET/C# development teams for build and deployment integration

Support and enhance DevOps tooling, processes, and frameworks for high-volume SaaS delivery

Ensure compliance with quality gates, security checks, and release standards

Provide technical leadership across the product team (70+ members) for CI/CD and DevOps practices

Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, build, and deployment issues

Work with distributed teams across geographies and coordinate with Operations teams

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (Optional):

Treasury & Risk Domain: Optional (Preferred)

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets is an advantage

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong hands-on experience in Jenkins (CI/CD pipeline development and optimization)

Expertise in GitHub Enterprise (GHE) and source control practices

Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness (basic familiarity acceptable)

Proficiency in PowerShell and Groovy scripting

Solid experience in Microsoft Azure cloud

Good understanding of Windows-based and .NET (C#) application environments

Ability to analyze, debug, and work with complex codebases

Strong understanding of DevOps lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work in global, distributed teams

PREFERRED SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE SKILLS):

Hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Blackduck, Checkmarx One

Familiarity with Jfrog Artifactory

Exposure to Linux environments

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM templates)

Understanding of modern deployment strategies (blue-green, canary)
