Full description
About Astelia:
Astelia helps security teams dramatically reduce the volume of incidents generated by vulnerability management tools. We do this by building a deep, contextual understanding of our customers' networks, turning noise into signal and enabling security teams to focus on what truly matters. We're a small, fast-moving startup with great people who care about impact, craftsmanship, and each other.
About the role:
Exposure management is a crowded category full of similar-sounding claims. Your job is to make Astelia's technology and story shine. You'll own positioning, sales enablement and launches as a hands-on senior IC, working closely with product, sales, the founders and partners. We're looking for someone who brings original ideas to life.
What you'll do:
- Own Astelia's narrative and differentiation, with messaging for each persona, from CISO to vulnerability analyst.
- Turn technical capabilities like reachability analysis and attack-path mapping into sharp, accurate value propositions.
- Lead market and competitive research to understand buyers, track the landscape and keep the field equipped to win.
- Create thought leadership content, including blogs, articles and founder-bylined pieces, that shapes how the market thinks about exposure.
- Build sales and partner enablement: pitch narratives, battle cards, objection handling and proof-of-value materials.
- Lead launches end to end, and produce solution briefs and web copy.
- Use AI as a force multiplier across research, content and enablement, while your creativity and judgment set the bar.
Requirements
What you'll need:
- 6+ years in B2B product marketing, including 3+ in cybersecurity. Experience in exposure management or vulnerability management is a strong plus.
- Startup experience. You know how to build the plan and ship the asset at the same time.
- Technical depth to talk attack paths with a security architect and business impact with a CISO.
- Native-level English verbal and written skills.
- An AI-native way of working, with the judgment to know when your own craft has to lead.
- A track record of positioning that sales teams actually used, in competitive markets.
