About the Role & Mission

Our purpose is clear: lift the heavy administrative load off psychotherapists through intelligent AI tools, returning critical time to direct patient care. As our pioneer Technical Product Manager, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for our core AI-powered clinical and operational product line from day one. Working 100% remotely from any location in Germany, you will operate right at the intersection of modern LLM engineering, real-world therapy workflows, and medical device compliance (EU MDR). Collaborating with our co-founders, CTO, clinical researchers, and design team, you will drive customer discovery, author specifications, establish evaluation criteria for AI accuracy, and ship original features from initial blueprint to production release.

What You Will Do

• Drive End-to-End Ownership: Oversee discovery, specification writing, feature prioritization, and delivery for all administrative and clinical tools across a remote setup.
• Guide Product Strategy: Shape and articulate our product roadmap, evaluating trade-offs between current system enhancements and ambitious long-term bets.
• Uncover Deep User Needs: Interface directly with practicing therapists through remote interviews, contextual observations, and workflow breakdowns to turn complex clinical problems into precise specifications.
• Build AI Benchmarks: Work with engineers and clinical specialists to build accuracy benchmarks for AI-generated reports, converting them into evaluation pipelines and prompt strategies.
• Draft Technical Specs & Prototypes: Create clear specifications and edge-case models; use modern AI tools to quickly build independent prototypes without waiting on engineering sprint availability.
• Embed Compliance (EU MDR): Infuse regulatory frameworks (SaMD / EU MDR) directly into early product architectures, bringing risk mitigation and clinical evaluations into your daily workflow.
• Launch & Refine: Coordinate with go-to-market teams to launch new feature releases, analyzing real-world usage patterns and iterating quickly on user feedback.

What We Are Looking For

• Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of B2B Product Management experience, specifically where career impact came from solving deep product complexities rather than basic project management.
• Proven track record in complex/regulated environments: Practical experience delivering digital products inside high-stakes domains (e.g., HealthTech, MedTech, or strictly regulated markets). You know how to harmonize strict regulatory rules (EU MDR), specialist user expectations, high quality standards, and technical AI potential.
• Practical LLM knowledge: Clear grasp of prompt engineering, model constraints, evaluation frameworks, and what it takes to launch production-grade AI features reliably.
• Clear written communication: Strong ability to compose unambiguous technical specifications, decision records, and problem statements asynchronously.
• Hands-on execution: A pragmatic drive to write specs, build evaluation suites, and manually validate clinical outputs.
• Language Proficiency: Professional German (C1) and English (C1) skills.
• Location: Resident of Germany for full-time remote employment.

• Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct experience with digital health applications or certified medical software (EU MDR, IEC 62304).
• Academic background or working familiarity in psychology, mental health, or clinical practice.
• Experience scaling generative AI functionality or building evaluation pipelines for production systems.
• Early-stage experience as a founding product manager or establishing 0-to-1 product development processes.
