Job Profile: Product Manager I - Swiggy Dineout

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (3 days a week in office)

Experience: Minimum of 2- 4 years in product management, with strong experience in B2C products and growth-led impact.

What you’ll get to do at Dineout

  • As a Product Manager I, you will own end-to-end consumer growth journeys- from acquiring first-time users to building loyal, repeat customers
  • Optimise user funnels: Identify friction points and enhance consumer journeys across discovery, search, reservations, and bill payments.
  • Optimise storefront: Manage storefront experiences to maximize conversion across new, repeat, and dormant user cohorts.
  • Scale acquisition: Unlock new growth channels for new user acquisition.
  • Drive growth: Design high-value experiences that drive long-term retention.
  • Translate user needs and business strategy into elevated product experiences by partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Supply teams.
  • You will work on high-impact consumer journeys, translate customer and business problems into elevated product experiences, and partner with design, engineering, analytics, content, supply, and business teams to ship and learn quickly.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2C products.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth (activation, engagement, retention, or revenue).
  • Deep consumer empathy and understanding of consumer motivations, anxieties, and triggers that drive behaviour.
  • Data-driven mindset – fluent in funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and product analytics
  • Experimentation DNA – comfort in shipping quickly, learning fast, and iterating relentlessly.
  • Exposure to leveraging AI for personalisation and growth.
  • Strong collaboration and storytelling skills to align teams around growth priorities.
  • Build experiences that help people discover better places to eat and help restaurant partners grow their business
