The mission of the People Technology Department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable People technology solutions that align with our strategic business goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and the People Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving People technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and Aritzia’s People & Culture Division, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing service delivery of our human resource management and workforce planning & management technologies. THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, you will:

· Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.

· Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.

· Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.

· Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.

· Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of People technology solutions.

· Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for People technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology has:

· Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

o UKG Pro WFM and other Human Resource Information Systems like Workday and Docebo.

o Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Workforce Management time and attendance solutions, including pay codes, labour rules, payroll processes, security, and access controls.

o Experience supporting WFM integrations and data flows between timekeeping, payroll, and HR systems, with exposure to integration platforms such as Boomi considered an asset.

· A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

· The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

· A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
