Your Role

As a Snowflake Administrator / DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building, automating, and operating the Snowflake foundations supporting an enterprise-scale Knowledge Platform. You will be responsible for enabling secure, scalable, and governed Knowledge Domains while ensuring platform reliability, operational excellence, and adherence to data governance standards. Working alongside architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the standardization and industrialization of Snowflake platform operations.

In this role you will:

  • Design and administer Snowflake databases, schemas, roles, warehouses, and access-control models supporting Knowledge Domains.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement and maintain governance, security, naming, tagging, and lifecycle-management standards.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform modules and reusable deployment templates.
  • Monitor platform usage, performance, reliability, security, and cost consumption.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance on Snowflake capabilities and best practices.
  • Support onboarding activities for new Knowledge Domains and platform consumers.
  • Create operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and international delivery environments.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Administration, Data Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including database administration, RBAC, security implementation, performance optimization, and cost management.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Snowflake native capabilities.
  • Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Git, and CI/CD automation practices.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based data platforms and enterprise-grade operational processes.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, production support, and incident management.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, compliance, and access-management frameworks.
  • Python or scripting experience is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong delivery focus.
