Forward Deployed Business Analyst

Full-Time | Enterprise Strategy & Sales | Atlanta, GA (In-Person)

About the Role

SwordPoint is looking for a Forward Deployed Business Analyst to support the enterprise strategy and sales function across our portfolio. This role combines the analytical rigor of a traditional strategy analyst with the hands-on building of a forward deployed engineer. You will support big-ticket customer relationships with major retailers, OEMs, and PE roll-ups, and you will identify problems, scope solutions, and use AI to build and ship tools that move deals and the business forward.

You will work directly under senior leadership across four areas: enterprise sales intelligence and support, forward deployed AI building, data analytics and growth strategy analysis. This role reports into the business operations function and is in-person at our Atlanta office, working in small, fast-moving teams alongside sales, engineering, and executive leadership.

SwordPoint is at the stage where the people who join now shape what we become. Daily, fluent use of AI is a requirement of this job and there is direct exposure to enterprise customers from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the enterprise target map across OEMs, retailers, and Private Equity roll-ups, including install base, decision-makers, and warm path unlocking value for customers
  • Prepare full briefing packs before every enterprise meeting and own follow-up tracking, keeping the pipeline current so no opportunity goes stale
  • Manage day-to-day email and communications with enterprise customers; where not directly on a thread, ensure every commitment is tracked and flag leadership the moment an enterprise thread has gone cold
  • Fully own and build demos to bring to customers, end-to-end, including prospect-specific environments with realistic data and embedded AI assistants, deployed and clickable
  • Make basic edits and small tweaks to products using AI tools when a customer or deal needs a quick change
  • Build internal AI tools that automate workflows, so the team spends more time talking to customers
  • Work with engineering to harden anything that touches customer data before it deploys
  • Maintain the data room, keep a living KPI and growth-story pack current, map the acquirer landscape, and log every inbound Private Equity customer
  • Run growth strategy analysis as framed by leadership: market sizing, feature ROI cases, identify partnership opportunities, pricing analysis, and leadership material production

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent, daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) to analyze, prototype, and ship working solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to identify a problem, scope the solution, and build it, from proof of concept through delivery
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort with data analysis and structured business problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and represent the company credibly with enterprise customers
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Based in Atlanta, GA and able to work in-person

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy consulting or an analyst role at a high-growth company
  • Experience shipping AI-powered tools or prototypes in a business setting
  • Working knowledge of SQL and reasoning about data behind business operations
  • Familiarity with home services, retail, or field-service industries
  • Experience supporting diligence, data rooms, or executive leadership materials
