As part of our continued growth in the vaccine travel health business, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager DACH (f/m/d) offering a unique opportunity to shape strategy and execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your impact

You will drive the commercial performance of several key brands across DACH, combining strategic brand leadership, omnichannel engagement, and strong stakeholder management.

Working closely with Sales, Medical, and Global teams, you will translate insights into action, challenge the status quo, and elevate field impact. Success in this role requires a pioneering, hands-on mindset and the agility to turn ideas into action in a dynamic environment.

You will lead a team of two marketers reporting to the Marketing Director DACH.

The position is based in Martinsried near Munich (Germany), hybrid work is possible. The role involves approximately 20% travel in the DACH region.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the dedicated marketing team while supporting broader DACH priorities and organization
  • Shape and execute the DACH brand strategy, tactical plans, and KPI tracking
  • Turn market and customer insights into commercial actions and growth opportunities
  • Lead key strategic brand initiatives that drive business impact
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strong local execution across DACH
  • Advance omnichannel engagement while managing budget and vaccine supply

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you bring strong commercial pharma experience combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate a very agile environment.

  • Relevant academic background (e.g. Business, Marketing, Life Sciences) combined with fluency in German and English
  • 8+ years professional experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, ideally in product or brand management preferably in vaccines
  • First direct leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system. Additional knowledge of the Swiss and/or Austrian systems is a plus
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and drive impactful field engagement
  • Strong capabilities in omnichannel marketing and project management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable decisions
