As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible to serve customers for installed base and develop, drive, and grow the ADAPTIT Cybersecurity business. You will communicate the benefits of company's products in order to drive sales. You will serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities and expansion.
- Present and promote the solutions and services to existing accounts and prospective customers.
- Contact existing customers to discuss needs, for further development.
- Provide input about customer needs and design the best business model for their needs.
- Maintain a positive and ongoing customer relationship.
- Provide forecast and reporting.
- Working as part of the commercial team.
- Keep attention to results and contractual terms and conditions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics or in a Business-related field (e.g. Marketing, Management, Business Administration) or in Technology/Computer Science.
- Approx. 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in the Tech industry.
- Strong in generating leads and business development.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and in Greek, as well.
