This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer II - Lifecycle & Growth based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product design, growth strategy, brand, content, and behavioral insight to shape high-impact consumer experiences. You will lead ambiguous, high-value initiatives spanning partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle journeys from early exploration through launch. The position is ideal for a highly conceptual and craft-driven designer who enjoys 0→1 work and turning emerging ideas into polished product experiences. You will rethink key moments across the customer journey, including discovery, conversion, reactivation, retention, and long-term engagement. The role requires balancing customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and exceptional visual and interaction design. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content Design, Research, Brand, and Data Science teams in a highly cross-functional environment. The position emphasizes experimentation, strong storytelling, scalable design systems, and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate exploration and measurable growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead high-impact growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences, taking projects from ambiguous problem definition through exploration, refinement, and launch.
  • Reimagine key customer journey moments, including discovery, value understanding, conversion, reactivation, and habit formation.
  • Combine product thinking, brand, content, interaction design, and business strategy to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
  • Explore and prototype new content models, flows, interaction patterns, motion, and messaging that challenge existing conventions and improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Design complex, multi-step journeys across multiple surfaces and teams while improving continuity, clarity, and cohesion.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content Design, Research, Brand, and Data Science to synthesize diverse inputs into clear creative direction and product decisions.
  • Use customer insights, experimentation, and business metrics to evaluate tradeoffs, develop recommendations, and iterate toward measurable impact.
  • Define scalable interaction patterns and design models that improve quality and consistency across broader growth experiences.
  • Use prototypes, AI-enabled tools, and emerging workflows to make concepts tangible early, accelerate learning, and improve product development.
  • Raise the design craft bar through exceptional visual and interaction design, compelling storytelling, and clear design rationale.
  • Carry concepts from broad exploration through detailed execution, refining motion, micro-interactions, behaviors, and visual details.
  • Operate autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with cross-functional partners.

Requirements:

  • Bring 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
  • Demonstrate exceptional visual, interaction, and product design craft through a strong portfolio, including meaningful 0→1 work.
  • Have deep interaction design expertise with experience in motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, and product behavior.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into compelling, well-defined product experiences.
  • Have experience designing complex customer journeys while balancing user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and design quality.
  • Possess strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable working autonomously, exploring broadly, and carrying projects from early concepts through polished execution.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and fluency with AI-enabled tools and workflows for exploration, prototyping, and product development.
  • Experience in growth, subscriptions, marketplaces, commerce, or other high-scale consumer products is preferred.
  • Experience working in environments where brand and product experience are closely connected is preferred.
  • Strong prototyping or motion skills using Figma, Framer, ProtoPie, code, or comparable tools are a plus.
  • Experience exploring AI-powered product experiences or integrating AI into design and prototyping workflows is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and ability to translate customer and business insights into actionable design decisions.

Benefits:

  • Base pay range of CAD $171,000–$180,500 for Canadian-based candidates, with compensation varying according to location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
