As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving supply chain transformation initiatives across Health & Beauty Asia. By combining a customer-focused mindset, collaboration, and a scientific, data-driven approach, you will help improve fulfilment efficiency, operational visibility, and project delivery quality across our O+O ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support end-to-end Group Supply Chain O+O projects, from requirements gathering and process design to UAT, go-live, and post-launch support.
  • Translate business needs into clear process flows, functional requirements, test scenarios, and implementation plans.

Partner closely with Supply Chain, Online Business, eLab, TechLab, GIT, and local operations teams, embracing collaboration as our way of working.

  • Drive initiatives across eDC fulfilment, O+O AI applications, and OMM implementation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance using KPIs and data insights, including fulfilment lead time, Perfect Order, order cancellation, eCLS/Last Mile Love Score, and eDC performance.
  • Prepare project updates, UAT reports, issue tracking, go-live readiness plans, and post-implementation reviews for stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in business analysis, supply chain initiatives, retail or eCommerce operations, or process improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of retail supply chain, O+O fulfilment models, eDC operations, or marketplace fulfilment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to turn business challenges into practical solutions and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using KPIs, dashboards, operational data, or AI-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Power BI, dashboard platforms, or data analytics solutions.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
