Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

The Senior Project Manager will be a key driver of initiatives/projects across the V2X organization across multiple functions. This is a key role responsible for improving processes for the PMO, enhancing collaboration across the organization, and facilitating the project governance process across the enterprise. This role requires the capacity to solve complex problems, communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, and understand the core business strategy. Must be able to drive multiple portfolios, projects and workstreams and prioritize within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate leadership skills through management of project delivery, mentorship and training of project management processes/tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Areas of Expertise• Drive complex multi-functional initiatives ensuring organization alignment through all levels of the organization from inception through delivery.
• Develop and promote continuous improvement of PMO repeatable processes.
• Communicate clear and succinct initiatives activities to all levels of the organization.
• Create and facilitate key strategic project practices and methodologies to the enterprise.
• Applies proven problem solving and critical analysis methodologies to optimize deliveries to the business.

• Process Improvements & Implementation• Drive execution by ensuring coordination and collaboration between internal customers and business functions through i.e., reporting meetings, governance, costs, etc.
• Lead oversight and prioritization of transformational projects. Key influence in driving continuous improvement in core business applications, reporting systems, processes, and policies.
• Experienced with defining and execution of large scale, service-oriented systems for optimizing performance and quality.
• Executes implementation projects and processes improvements for the enterprise and provides specialized knowledge of business systems and processes.
• Responsible for defining and communicating weekly status on projects to multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work and lead cross-functional business teams to identify fundamental business requirements with definable ROIs.
• Responsible for defining and execution of project documentation to the business.
• Responsible for providing clear direction and expectations to workstream leads.
• Identifies and implements new methodologies for business process delivery.
• Leads cross-functional teams through risk assessments and mitigation plan execution from inception through delivery.
• Monitors and reports on benefits realization through the organization.

• Support Strategic Vision• Strategizes, defines, launches, and governs strategic transformation programs.
• Manages strategic project report outs, deliverables, and integration dates up to leadership.
• Develops and maintains principles, standards, procedures, implementation processes and enterprise financial applications.
• Establishes best practices processes and systems integrations by establishment of playbooks creating increased efficiencies that can be leverages for future acquisitions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Experience:

• Minimum of seven (7) years' related experience with progressive responsibility in project management and governance definition to include exposure to international and commercial operations.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in application delivery
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in large-scale ERP integrations.
• Minimum of two (3) years' experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations.

Other Requirements:

• United States citizenship required
• Minimal travel required (5%)

Desired Qualifications:

• Certifications/Licenses:• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

• Business/Project Management Acumen:• Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation through innovation and the implementation of technology.
• Proven experience delivering large migration, implementation,
• Strong grasp of project and portfolio management methodologies and proficiency in tools Microsoft Office 365 (MS Project, MS Visio etc.) and Google Workspace tools.
• Proficiency with Asana project / work management software to manage users, workflows, portfolios and projects, is preferred.
• Experience leading post‑merger integration efforts and transitioning teams, systems, or processes into the acquiring organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of interdependencies between operations and business needs.
• Experienced with business transformation, leading complex projects, major change initiatives and teams to transform systems, processes, and operations to meet business strategies and objectives.
• Able to tie strategies to tactics and achieve buy-in at all levels.
• Possesses change management and planning skills.
• Demonstrates decisiveness in resolving business problems and identifying personal and project priorities.

• Business Partner/Effective Communication:• Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, including ability to facilitate effective collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and develop consensus and drive all organizations to achieve quality goals.

• Software:• Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 suite, including project management tools such as MS project and Smartsheet.
• Experience leading S/4HANA, OneStream, UKG, SAP Concur, IBM Maximo, related migration and implementation projects.

• Technology: • Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

• For this role, the anticipated base pay range is:• USD $ 135,000 - 195,000

• This range represents the typical pay for this position across U.S. locations and may vary based on factors such as job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. The exact starting salary will be determined by these factors and may be outside this range in certain cases, consistent with applicable law.
