Our Business Support Department is seeking a full-time, hybrid, Business Analyst to increase the functionality and efficiency of our custom enterprise system and company websites by performing detailed requirements analyses, documenting processes, and testing complex enhancements and/or changes to the system applications. As a Business Analyst, you will tackle projects based on organizational priorities set by leadership and outline and communicate priorities to other project teams.

Some of the Responsibilities for this Role:

  • Serves as lead resource for specific functions of custom enterprise system and/or websites by understanding department modules and related processes and procedures; explaining system functionality, relationships to other system components/outcomes, and system capacity to internal and external customers. Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements. Assists with the coordination of the checkout process to help ensure system integrity post release.
  • Operates as link between internal and external customers and technology experts. Expresses and advocates for customer needs and requirements and explains technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develops project plans, manages projects, and monitors performance of related activities. Assures team projects and tasks are aligned with business objectives and results in enhancements that increase organizational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and productivity. Keeps team members informed about deadlines set by leadership. Informs leadership about concerns in meeting deadlines or changes in project scope. Manages competing resources and priorities.
  • Based on customer requests and feedback, evaluates processes, collects requirements, uncovers areas for improvements, develops and proposes solutions for implementation. Outlines, documents, and communicates system recommended changes, updates, and enhancements.

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge for this Role:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, and general work experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education.

Work Schedule for this Role:

The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week. This position will work hybrid and on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters up to 3-day/week. You must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
