Amazon WW Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Sr AI Product Manager to join the central PMO team. This is an unique opportunity to build high impact AI products to continuously improve Sellers' experience, growth and profitability. The ideal candidate should be strong at understanding customer needs, identifying pain points, analyzing working models, deriving patterns, designing AI solutions, and managing roadmaps. He/she also needs to work across teams to launch AI products, manage product releases, engage user organizations, handle change management, establish stakeholder communication, and be responsible for the ultimate success of product launches against defined goals in a cross functional, fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities 1. Define AI product vision and strategy that drive global seller success 2. Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle — from ideation through technical development and experimentation, to launch, adoption, and iterative improvement — ensuring alignment between business objectives, seller needs, and technological capabilities. 3. Develop and communicate product requirements, earn trust from cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, applied science, design, business operations) and external partners through clear documentation and aligned decision-making. 3. Lead cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration with scientists, engineering, and data teams to build, evaluate, and ship AI-powered products; drive development velocity by managing trade-offs, unblocking technical dependencies, resolving issues, and maintaining rigorous experimentation standards (A/B testing, model performance benchmarks). 4. Drive measurable business impact post-launch through continuous monitoring, data-driven iteration, and feedback loops; leverage market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and roadmap evolution. 5. Manage stakeholder and leadership communications across multiple geographies — including problem framing, AI solution trade-off analysis, product/business reviews and etc. Partner with international stakeholders, leaders, and tech teams to align priorities and drive execution across regions.
About the team We are WW Global Selling PMO team. We collaborate with WWGS business teams to identify key Seller needs and partner with global product teams to develop tools and solutions to improve Seller experience and sustainable growth.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
