Surfer is part of Positive Group - a fast-growing tech group specializing in B2B SaaS products that help marketing teams grow smarter. The group brings together several brands around a common ambition: to become the European benchmark in MarTech. With around 400 employees based in France, Germany, Italy, and Poland, Positive supports customers in 80+ countries.
We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław , Poland where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕).
About the Team
You'll join the product team building Surfer, the platform helping brands become the answer wherever people are actually searching: on Google and inside AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
You'll work directly with the people at the helm of Surfer's product. They're deeply engaged in building it every day, and you'll help turn their direction into well-prepared, efficiently executed work.
You will be responsible for
- Preparing feature and task descriptions, specs, and supporting documentation.
- Tracking statuses, next steps, and follow-through on agreed decisions.
- Keeping information flowing correctly, so decisions are communicated clearly and executed as intended.
- Supporting product discovery and delivery.
- Preparing product, competitive, and market research.
- Gathering and organizing input from users and internal teams.
- Maintaining decision logs.
- Analyzing basic product data.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders: the exec team and developers.
- Driving a clear, transparent communication process.
- Coordinating smaller initiatives end-to-end.
You may be a good fit for this role if you
- Have hands-on experience in a product company, close to how features actually get built (doesn't have to be a formal "Product Manager" title; support, marketing, QA, or similar counts), and understand at least the basics of the software development process.
- Are organized and reliable. You gather scattered information, structure it clearly, and deliver on what you commit to.
- Take feedback well, and proactively flag risks, gaps, or bring your own recommendations along the way.
- Nice to have: experience with tools like Mixpanel, Linear, Notion, Figma, or similar, and/or basic knowledge of SEO, search engines, content, or AI.
You'll be operating in an international environment, though a good part of the people you'll work with day to day are Polish-speaking. For things to run smoothly on both sides, we expect conversational Polish.
This is probably not the right role for you if you
- Expect full autonomy from day one.
- Feel most fulfilled setting the direction, rather than executing it.
- See supporting or operational work as "less valuable" than strategic work.
- Struggle with receiving direct feedback.
What we offer:
We build the team around experts and stay out of their way. That starts with the basics: a total monthly pay of 13,000-16,000 PLN + VAT (B2B contract).
We take care of the things that matter outside the work itself - your health, your rest, the setup that lets you work well, and the chance to sharpen your craft. Everything else follows from how we operate: trust over control, outcomes over hours.
Location and Remote Work:
We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław, Poland.
