About the role

This role combines creative design and digital production, with a strong focus on email and web-based content, but also on other digital and printing assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging digital and printing assets and executing them across platforms using tools such as Figma or Knak.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand communications while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all outputs.

This is an in-house role within Greenpark, dedicated exclusively to supporting our pharmaceutical client. You will be fully embedded within the client team, working solely on their projects. This means you'll collaborate closely with their teams, gain deep exposure to a global brand, and operate as an integrated part of their day-to-day organisation.

What you'll do

Design & Creative

  • Design and develop engaging, cross-channel digital experiences, primarily across email and web
  • Create and update a variety of digital assets, including:
  • Email designs and layouts
  • Website designs using existing templates
  • Edits and optimisation of existing digital content
  • Print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers
  • Ensure all designs follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs
  • Video editing (advantageous but not essential)

Production & Execution

  • Build and assemble emails using Knak and internal authoring tools
  • Develop and update email templates and components
  • Support content management across digital platforms, ensuring alignment across brands
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and operational standards

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with marketing, brand teams, and global stakeholders to deliver projects end-to-end
  • Participate in project discussions and contribute to identifying new opportunities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collaborate within agile workflows and adapt to changing priorities
  • Engage with external partners or suppliers where required

About you

Technical Skills

  • Strong digital design skills (email and web preferred)
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience with email authoring tools such as Knak (or similar) (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience with CMS or digital content platforms (advantageous but not essential)
