Purpose of Position:
The Analyst, Human Resources Business Partner provides hands-on HR partnership and support to the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance organizations. This role supports employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, compliance, employee lifecycle activities, and day-to-day HR operations.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, this position serves as a trusted HR resource for managers and employees by providing guidance on workplace matters, HR policies, and people processes.
Key Responsibilties:
HR Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned organizations.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees.
- Build strong working relationships across business functions.
Employee Relations & Investigations
- Conduct employee relations investigations.
- Manage corrective and disciplinary actions.
Manager Coaching & Performance Management
- Coach managers on performance management and policy interpretation.
- Support PIPs and talent reviews.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends.
Compliance, Reporting & HR Operations
- Administer HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics.
- Support audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Employee relations and investigation experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting corporate functions.
- Workday experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
