Your Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join a strategic cloud transformation program focused on building and operating next-generation sovereign cloud platforms. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform operations, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), contributing to large-scale cloud-native services used across multiple business domains.
In this role you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native software components, Kubernetes operators, controllers, APIs, and platform automation tools using Go.
- Build and operate enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the development of modern platform engineering capabilities that accelerate service delivery and improve developer experience.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps methodologies to create reproducible, automated, and auditable environments.
- Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, configuration management, and operational processes.
- Define and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, platform engineers, and security teams to ensure alignment with business, operational, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, post-mortems, and continuous service improvement activities.
- Apply SRE principles to improve service reliability, availability, and operational performance.
- Improve engineering standards through code reviews, technical documentation, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Go (Golang) development.
- Experience developing Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), or related cloud-native automation components.
- Strong understanding of container technologies and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Hands-on knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Experience working with CI/CD ecosystems and deployment automation.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking concepts, and security best practices.
- Experience implementing observability solutions including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
