Requirements

Full description

This role will be a part of our Technology team at Gurgaon, the primary role would be of a ‘Devops - SSE’ who would be responsible for implementing and managing the cloud infrastructure including Linux based VMs, MS SQL Server DBs etc.

  • Managing the cloud infrastructure under the supervision of cloud

architect.

  • Management of Linux based virtual machines hosted on Microsoft

Azure.

  • Management of MS SQL Server with different hosting models.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

solutions using Terraform.

  • Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application and

infrastructure deployments.

  • Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual effort and

improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain service availability targets of 99.9% or higher for owned

services and environments.

  • Improve system resiliency through proactive monitoring, alerting,

incident management, and recovery automation.

  • Maintain runbooks and operational documentation to reduce Mean

Time to Restore (MTTR).

  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup validation, and

recovery testing exercises.

  • Continuously improve code quality, infrastructure quality, and

deployment standards.

  • Identify

opportunities for Azure cost optimization through rightsizing, automation, and resource cleanup.

  • Working experience of Azure Security tools.​

Requirements

  • Experience of working with Microsoft

Azure Cloud Platform.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Management of Linux based virtual

machines.

  • Working experience of Azure portal, Azure

CLI and PowerShell scripts.

  • Working experience of Terraform for design,

develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Ability to build, manage, and optimize

CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments

  • Good

written and verbal communication skills.

  • Initiative-taking and ability to work as

a part of the team.

  • Thorough, methodical, and logical

approach towards problem solving.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding

environment.

  • Experience of working on Jira.
  • Should have B.Tech./B.E./MCA degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
