Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep Salesforce Data Cloud expertise to design, build, and optimize scalable customer data solutions. This role focuses on data ingestion, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, calculated insights, activation, and enterprise integrations that enable actionable customer engagement across platforms.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development capabilities with substantial hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience and strong data engineering fundamentals.

 

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions spanning data streams, data model mapping, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.

* Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal or external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL patterns.

* Partner with business, product, and architecture stakeholders to translate customer data and activation requirements into scalable technical solutions.

* Develop and optimize activation workflows connecting Data Cloud audiences and insights to downstream systems.

* Support data quality, governance, security, and compliance best practices across customer data solutions.

* Troubleshoot platform, data ingestion, integration, and activation issues and recommend durable improvements.

* Work with large-scale datasets and enterprise integration architectures.

* Document technical designs, data flows, and operational runbooks.

* Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud features, release updates, and implementation best practices.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

 

* 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

* 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

* Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation concepts.

* Experience with Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce platform integration patterns.

* Strong SQL, data modeling, and data transformation skills.

* Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise integration architectures.

* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

 

* Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related Salesforce certifications.

* Experience with CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or other customer engagement platforms.

* Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, CDP architecture, and event-driven integrations.

* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
