Job Description
BARD PACIFIC HEALTH CARE CO.LTD is seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to support the product lifecycle management of our healthcare solutions. This role will involve assisting with product development, launch strategies, and ongoing product performance analysis to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and market demands.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and business plans to drive sustainable growth and market expansion.
- Lead product portfolio management, including market assessment, product launches, lifecycle planning, and portfolio optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
- Plan and execute product launches, marketing initiatives, customer education programs, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement activities.
- Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
- Serve as the product expert by providing training, marketing support, and business insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor business performance, evaluate market opportunities, and implement initiatives to accelerate growth and customer adoption.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, or Sales within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Experience managing medical devices, healthcare solutions, or medical consumables is preferred.
- Clinical nursing experience or a healthcare practitioner background will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Urology, Continence Care, Critical Care, ICU, or related clinical specialties is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
