IT Project Manager - Hospitality & Gaming Technology Location: Las Vegas, NV Onsite Position

Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support technology initiatives for a world-class hospitality and gaming organization. This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands both hospitality operations and technology, can effectively manage vendor relationships, and is comfortable leading projects with minimal oversight. The successful candidate will work across a variety of operational and technology initiatives that directly impact guest experiences and support the organization's Forbes Five-Star service standards. Projects span hotel systems, gaming operations, property renovations, and enterprise technology enhancements.

What You'll Do Manage multiple IT and operational projects from planning through execution and deployment Coordinate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Support upgrades, enhancements, and integrations involving hospitality and gaming systems Balance the maintenance of legacy platforms while helping introduce new technologies Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and executive leadership Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and operational requirements Work independently and proactively resolve issues by engaging the appropriate resources

Preferred Experience Required 5+ years of project management experience within hospitality, gaming, casino, resort, or hotel environments Experience supporting technology-focused projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with limited direction Experience coordinating with vendors and third-party partners Understanding of hotel operations and guest experience systems

Preferred Combination of IT and PMO/project management experience Experience with hospitality and gaming platforms such as: Gaming and property management systems Hotel operational technologies Experience managing infrastructure, operational technology, or enterprise technology initiatives within hospitality organizations Proven ability to communicate with executives and senior business leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for a professional who combines strong technical comprehension with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate understands how technology supports hotel and gaming operations, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. Candidates with backgrounds similar to senior IT Project Managers supporting casino, resort, hospitality, or gaming organizations will be particularly successful in this role.

Candidates must present professionally during interviews and while meeting with leadership Business attire (suit and tie or equivalent professional business attire) is expected for interviews The role regularly interfaces with executive leadership and operational leaders, requiring a polished and client-facing presence

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
