Your mandate is to grow conversion and average order value by giving customers the product truth and confidence they need to purchase with certainty.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with other ecommerce product managers, merchandising, corporate systems, content, SEO, engineering, supply chain, and analytics to shape the roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing the product decision journey, driving experimentation, and delivering measurable results in progressing users through the shopping funnel, conversion and AOV.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- 6+ years of digital product management experience, with a focus on ecommerce and product content or decision-support experiences
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware or similar)
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience using data and testing/experimentation platforms to drive product decisions
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in product strategy, visual merchandising and visualization technology, and conversion optimization
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience influencing and presenting to executive leadership (VP and above)
• Demonstrated ability to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple initiatives
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Essential Job Functions
• Define and lead the product strategy for the PDP, Quickview, product data, samples, and visualizer experiences
- Own and evolve the roadmap for the customer decision journey, prioritizing initiatives based on conversion and AOV impact, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Modernize product visualization and imagery tools to help customers see, compare, and trust what they're buying
• Define availability and fulfillment messaging (e.g., backorder, notify-me-when-available) that sets accurate customer expectations and reduces purchase friction
- Lead UX experimentation on product variation and option selection to reduce decision friction and drive conversion
- Own the samples experience end to end, from discovery through fulfillment, as a conversion and trust-building tool
• Expand collection- and project-based selling to help customers plan and purchase multi item projects with confidence
- Partner with Content and SEO stakeholders to ensure product data and structured data support both on-site conversion and discoverability
- Coordinate with fulfillment and allocation teams and run UX tests to improve how availability and delivery expectations are communicated
- Serve as standing steward of the DY testing-platform partnership, ensuring experimentation best practices and governance across the product experience portfolio
