Location: Princeton, NJ; Hybrid

The Opportunity:

In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and commercial analytics while serving as the primary finance resource for Gross-to-Net revenue accounting and forecasting. This role partners closely with Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to provide financial insights and ensure accurate revenue recognition and reserve calculations. The position plays a critical role in forecasting net product revenue, analyzing gross-to-net deductions, and driving financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze rebates, chargebacks, returns, admin fees and discounts
  • Support Medicaid, Medicare, 340B and commercial contracts; calculate reserves and support ASC 606
  • Maintain documentation, support audits, internal controls and process improvements.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ pharmaceutical finance experience
  • Advanced Excel required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial modeling expertise
