Full description

About the company: United Tech is a global IT product company shaping the future of real-time social connection. With millions of users across North America, Europe, LATAM, and MENA, we build next-gen mobile and web apps for live-streaming and social networking. Our platforms enable connection at scale — fast, interactive, and deeply engaging. The market is projected to exceed $206B by 2030, and we are already leading the evolution. Founded in Ukraine, scaling worldwide.

About your role: As a Product Analyst on the Plamfy team, you’ll turn raw behavioral data into decisions that shape a product used across international markets. You’ll own the analytical backbone of a dedicated feature area — from tracking and dashboards to A/B testing and root-cause analysis — working shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers who expect answers grounded in evidence, not guesswork. This is a role for someone who wants their SQL queries and experiment designs to directly move metrics like retention, LTV, and engagement at scale.

In this role, you will

  • Own analytical coverage for an assigned feature or product area — tracking plans, event validation, dashboards, and ongoing monitoring of key metrics like LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, and ARPPU
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, delivering not just a recommendation but a root-cause explanation and the next hypothesis for the product manager
  • Proactively spot anomalies, product bugs, and UX issues through monitoring and alerts, escalating with a preliminary hypothesis and recommendation
  • Generate your own data-driven hypotheses from patterns in the data and feed them into the product backlog
  • Contribute analytical input to Discovery and scoping for major product initiatives from the earliest hypothesis-forming stage
  • Automate reporting processes and build dashboards for different stakeholders, keeping Tableau and BigQuery data consistent
  • Document research and A/B test results per the team’s standard template and share outcomes with stakeholders within the agreed SLA

It’s all about you

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst in the IT domain

Full proficiency in SQL

  • Confident with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, Apache Superset, or Qlik
  • Solid understanding of key product metrics, with experience building funnels and translating them into recommendations
  • Knowledge of statistics fundamentals and experimental design, including regression methods
  • Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • A track record of delivering analytical solutions for complex product challenges — user pattern research, experiment support, feature analysis, use-case analysis
  • A structured, ownership-driven mindset with a genuine drive to grow
  • At least an Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus

  • Experience with Python
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude to speed up analysis and reporting
