What You Need to Do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to identify suitable technology solutions.
  • Manage the RFP process, evaluate vendor proposals, support vendor selection, and oversee vendor performance, deliverables and contract compliance.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain effective stakeholder communication, provide project status updates, and facilitate project governance meetings.
  • Oversee solution deployment, go live activities, hyper care support, project budgets, vendor payments and resource utilization.
  • Ensure successful project closure through documentation, stakeholder sign-off, knowledge transfer, and identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies and governance.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Analysis or software implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile or Scrum will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in vendor management, software procurement, and RFP evaluation processes.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
